My trip to New York
On Patriots day I went to New York. It was a long and annoying trip, but once I got off the bus I realized I was in New York City. I love New York there I can be myself. Sadly, two places that I used to shop have closed down. It seems like yesterday I was there shopping. Times have changed and especially in New York. Also the thrift store in Williamsburg looked smaller and their stuff was more expensive but, I did walk away with a two cool shirts and a brand new winter jacket. The jacket was originally $350 but they sold it back for $100.00. Then it was on sale too so it was a very exciting day for me.
This coat is very warm and so fashionable. The first time I saw a coat like this it was at Barney's and I checked the price it was over $1,000. Then I was needing some new boots so I looked around and found these amazing ones.
They have a soft faux fur. How much you ask? 50, or $100. Nope, they were $25 at a place called Joey. It's one of the first places I ever shopped at in New York. I can't wait to head back to New York this summer or I was even looking at plane tickets to Los Angeles. Maybe I'll take a trip there.
